We've been granted Judicial Review. We're taking the Government to the High Court over delays and abandonment of Net Zero policies.
In September 2023 the Prime Minister announced the rowing back of key Net Zero policies – namely the phasing out of petrol and diesel powered cars and vans, gas boilers, off-grid fossil fuel domestic heating, and minimum energy ratings for rented homes.
My lawyers and I believe this decision to be unlawful – and we're taking them to the High Court.
